Just insert the fruits using a bucket and that’s it - easy as that. Adjustable exhaust port makes it possible to adjust the crushing fraction.
Apster 2500 crushing blade has a unique design - crushing unit works as a crusher instead of grater. Fruits are being cut and exhausted on the surface of the crushing disc. There are no holes on the surface on the crushing unit that could jam. Also this kind of design prevents the cutting teeth from being blunt. Crushing teeth are made from 5mm thick stainless steel and are maintenance free.
When the feeding pipe is inserted into the crusher housing, then the exhaust port is partially closed with the pipe. The level to which the port is closed to, can be adjusted during assembly process.
All Masito products are manufactured and assembled in Estonia. All metal details that will have contact with juice are made from stainless steel. Frames are made from thick steel profiles and powder coated. All plastics are food grade and certified. Motor is isolated from the crusher housing with dual shaft seals - this prevents the juice accessing the motor even after longer use.
